A map location artwork to celebrate and commemorate where you met. Or perhaps where she said yes!
You are sure to win “most thoughtful gift” this anniversary with the where we met artwork. There are so many ways this artwork is personalised just for you.
From your wording on the top, which can be your names to the text at the bottom which could be the date you met or got married and there is also space to add in another line of text.
You could pick a quote or ‘Always and Forever’ as in the example shown.
The map itself is made from an original map or atlas page. Sometimes vintage, sometimes more modern depending on the location. For example some locations didn’t exist 20 or 30 years ago, never mind 50!
The large map heart will shown the area around your location and then I hand stitch, with red embroidery thread, a small heart to highlight the most important place on your map.
This location is also written below the heart between two cupids arrows.
Stitching
A heart within a heart. A smaller heart is hand stitched to highlight the exact location that you met within the larger map heart.
Gift Wrapping
Your artwork will arrive wrapped in white tissue paper and tied with red and white bakers twine. See final images.
Each map art piece comes with a little note from me the maker telling you how your artwork was made and a gift tag that you can personalise as you wish.
